Clarence (NY) Looks at Building Rink

The Clarence Community Recreation Corporation and the Clarence Rinks at Eastern Hills Mall are focused on a mission to build and operate a two-pad ice facility in the Town of Clarence (NY).

They are working on a plan to design, build, finance and operate the state-of-the-art facility with no tax payer subsidies.
